KlickItapp is designed for young children, their parents and/or the caregivers. As such, we take all appropriate measures to respect and protect the privacy of our users and hence provide them with a safe environment.

This is strictly observed throughout our services which includes KlickItapp.com website for kids interactive learning content and all KlickItapp android APKs covering various learning areas and levels.

NB: KlickItapp does not require to collect personal information/data from children. There is no requirement that expects children to provide their personal data in order to use KlickItapp website or android APKs.

Personal data

There is a requirement for either caregivers or parents to provide basic information about themselves while completing the registration and creating a logging account for the child. This information is never shared with any third party or partner or in any case used for any other purposes.

• Basic registration information: To register an account in KlickIt website and/or KlickItapp APKs, you are required to provide general information which includes; your name, your email address, city/town, county and a password. This information may be required when a user is renewing the account, logging in or making changes to his/her account. In cases where you communicate to us via email, we respond and after that, we don’t store your email address even for future correspondence.
• Payment information: When making payment for subscriptions or app purchases, we require billing information for the parent or guardian making the purchase. We consider this information to be very sensitive and it is handled with extreme care. This sensitive information is shared to a secure and nationally accredited payment processor applying robust industry standard encryption. After successful payments, we don’t retain or store the billing information.

Cookies: Just like many websites, KlickItapp depends on a small text file called a cookie to provide us with some information of the number of users we have visiting our site, the frequency and how they are making use of the site. Additionally, we make use of the cookies to make the site be aware of your last activity on the site and your preferences too. Digital marketing, advertising and social media: As a company, we sturdily believe that children should be kept away from advertisement and other forms of marketing while enjoying their learning experience. It is for this reason that we don’t entertain third party advertisements or marketing links on KlickItapp websites and APKs. This ensure safety of the information the children access while learning.

Updates: This privacy policy may be reviewed from time to time depending on either a change on the privacy legislation and/or incorporation of new features in the website and in KlickItapp APKs. We will however keep this privacy policy up to date all the time so keep visiting the site for any reviews.
